Vitor Claro made a clear decision to shift from juggling his restaurant and wine pursuits to fully embrace the world of wine. His journey began in large wine stores, where he encountered passionate oenophiles and wine producers. Seeking to satisfy his wine passion, he ventured to the North Alentejo, particularly the Serra de São Mamede, known for its old vineyards in schist soils perched at 750m above sea level.
